Feeling tension as you go to work every morning?

want to jump in the car and drive away from it all?

hAVE YOU quit your job and are on the path to creating a career that aligns more fully with your values?

You’re not lost, doing something wrong, or overreacting - you are in the process of becoming …

Stepping away from a career that no longer fits—or pushing forward into one that feels uncertain—can be one of the most disorienting experiences of adult life. For women and femme humans, this moment often arrives alongside exhaustion, imposter syndrome, or a deep sense that something essential is missing. You might be burning out in a role that demands too much of your energy, questioning whether you’ve chosen the right path, or standing at the threshold of a new beginning, unsure if you’re ready to take the leap.

This is not a failure of ambition. It is a signal from your nervous system and your spirit that it is time to evolve. Whether you are leaving behind years of service to others, navigating the grief of an old identity, or seeking alignment between your values and your work, you do not have to figure it out alone. This space is dedicated to supporting you through the messy, beautiful process of becoming who you are meant to be.

Hi! I’m Elizabeth and I have been exactly where you are. I spent many years in a career that wasn’t fulfilling, drained my energy, and at times, was even toxic.

Being honest with myself wasn’t easy because it meant upending a comfortable routine, leaving what I did love about my work, and stepping into the unknown. But changing careers allowed me to know my story more deeply, feel content and aligned with my values, and bring more satisfaction to my relationships - both with myself and others.

How Therapy with me Supports Your Transition

Career change is rarely just about logistics; it is a profound psychological and spiritual shift. Traditional coaching may help you update your resume, but therapy helps you understand why you feel stuck, afraid, or drained. We address the root causes of burnout—the chronic stress, the boundary erosion, the internalized expectations—and create room for genuine renewal.

By integrating Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychospiritual approaches, we move beyond surface-level problem-solving. We explore how your stories about success, worth, and capability were formed, and how they may no longer serve you. We listen to the parts of you that are tired, anxious, or hopeful, honoring each voice without judgment. And we reconnect you with the deeper wisdom and intuition that guide us toward meaningful, sustainable work.

Our Approach: Narrative, IFS, and Psychospiritual Healing

In our sessions, we will collaborate to rewrite the narratives that keep you small and expand the possibilities for your future. Here is what that looks like in practice:

Re-authoring Your Story (Narrative Therapy) We examine the dominant stories you tell yourself about your career—"I’m too late," "I’m not qualified," or "I must succeed to be worthy." Together, we identify these external pressures and uncover unique outcomes where you have already shown resilience, creativity, and strength. We begin to craft a new narrative that centers your values, passions, and authentic desires, rather than societal expectations.

Listening to Your Parts (Internal Family Systems / IFS) Burnout and indecision often arise when different parts of us are in conflict. One part wants security; another craves freedom. One part is exhausted; another is eager to try. Using IFS, we map these internal dynamics with compassion. We help the protective parts that keep you stuck (like fear or perfectionism) step back so your Self-leadership can emerge. This reduces inner friction and allows you to make choices from a place of clarity and calm, rather than reaction or avoidance.

Honoring the Whole Person (Psychospiritual Therapy) Work is more than income; it is a site of meaning, connection, and expression. Psychospiritual therapy integrates mind, body, and spirit, recognizing that true fulfillment comes from alignment with your deepest truths. We explore questions of purpose, legacy, and joy. We honor grief for paths not taken and celebrate hope for those ahead. This approach ensures that your next career step is not just strategically sound, but soul-nourishing.

Our work together is collaborative, paced to your needs, and deeply respectful of your autonomy.

Safety and Validation: First, we create a container where your fatigue, confusion, and hopes are met with unconditional positive regard. There is no rush to "fix" anything before you are ready.

Mapping the Landscape: We identify current stressors, core values, and the specific ways burnout has impacted your physical and emotional well-being.

Inner Exploration: Through IFS and narrative techniques, we engage with the beliefs and parts that influence your decision-making. We look for patterns rooted in past conditioning or trauma.

Clarifying Vision: We co-create a vision for your next steps that honors both your practical realities and your spiritual longings. This may involve exploring new fields, setting boundaries in current roles, or simply resting and recovering.

Integration and Action: As clarity emerges, we develop actionable strategies that feel aligned and sustainable, ensuring you move forward with confidence and self-trust.
