iNsurance & Fees

Weaving Rhythms Therapy is currently in-network with the following insurance companies in WA state **:

* Cigna

* Premera

* Regence

* First Choice

We do accept HSA and FSA as well as major credit cards.

Co-pays are taken after each session via a HIPAA compliant app called IVY.

Private Pay is also an option for those who do not wish to use insurance. All 53-60 minute sessions are $150. Sliding scale rates are available. If you are looking for sliding scale, please contact us and we will be happy to work with your budget.

To check coverage with your insurance carrier, please give them a call. The codes and descriptions to ask about are:

* 90791 Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation (initial intake appointment), and

* 90837 Individual Psychotherapy

** Please note that if using insurance, a diagnosis is required in order to use benefits.

Telehealth (tele-therapy)

Currently, all therapy sessions are available through telehealth only. Sessions are conducted via a HIPAA compliant video system through Sessions Health.

Because mental health providers are licensed at the state level, Clients must be physically located in the state of Washington or Colorado for telehealth services. If you are not in Washington or Colorado, appointments will have to be cancelled until your return.

(Plans are in the works to obtain licensing in North Carolina, New Mexico and Florida! Once complete, clients can be in any of those states for services).
